Description:
DELIVERY OF MEDICATIONS No. 1 Description: 1. The subject of the order is "Supply of drugs No. 1" in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 2/2.12 (Excel sheet) to the Specification (in the assortment and price forms). 2. The medicinal product that is the subject of the order should be understood as products medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2025.750, i.e. of 2025/06/06). The offered medicinal product must be authorized for marketing under the principles specified in Art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law. 3. All the offered products must meet the requirements described in the Specification. 5. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract described in this ToR will be rejected.
