- The subject of the order is the design and comprehensive execution of construction works for the investment called: Długniaki tourist complex in the Wierzchosawice commune. LOCATION: register no. 122/136, 122/38, 77/2, Wierzchosawice district 0011 Wierzchosawice commune, Tarnow poviat, Maopolskie voivodeship. Subject of the order is to develop multi-disciplinary design documentation and perform construction works for the implementation of the investment specified in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU):1) At the design stage, the construction intention will consist in: a) performing the necessary geological studies, b) performing the necessary bathymetric studies in the investment sites on the reservoir, c) obtaining the necessary maps for design purposes, d) preparing a detailed urban and architectural concept for acceptance by the Ordering Party, e) preparing, depending on the legally required actions regarding the elements of the entire project investment - construction and technical designs or documentation for reporting construction works, obtaining all necessary arrangements, permits, decisions and conditions for the correct execution of the order, f) preparing a bill of quantities and ...
