(1) The subject of the order of the Dynamic Purchasing System ('DSZ') are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests, including work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and other forestry services to be performed in the Olkusz and Wisła forest districts to be commissioned during the period for which the DSZ will be established.

(2) The ordering party's goal is to ensure a wide range of contractors who will be invited to submit offers for the implementation of individual, partial contracts, and thus to ensure the continuity of public procurement in the field of forestry throughout the duration of the contract. DSZ.
