Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of Dynatrace subscriptions and expert hours.
2. The order was divided into the basic order and the right of the options:
2.1. Basic order: Delivery of a subscription covering products specified
in the table presented in point 5.1. Chapter II SWZ- description of the subject of the contract together with the technical support of the manufacturer - in accordance with point 5.2. Chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract;
2.2. Order under the option: providing expert support, in the amount of up to 100 man -hours - on the terms described in detail in point6 Chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
3. The subject of the contract was described in detail in chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
4. The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of assessment of offers, i.e. he will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then makethe subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
5. The contracting authority is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, "GDPR".
