- The Employer sets conditions in the scope of technical or professional capacity.
The contracting authority will consider the condition fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:
a) in the last three years before submitting offers, and if the period of conducting the business is shorter - during this period he did it properly and in The case of periodic or continuous benefits is also performed by at least 3 services of providing a comprehensive organization of the event, consisting of technical equipment and transmission of this online live event with a minimum service of a minimum service PLN 80,000.00 gross each.
In the case of periodic services or continuous, the contractor must show that until the date of submission of the offer he performed a part of the service with a value of not less than PLN 80,000.00 gross;
b) he has or will have persons in the performance of the order:
A.1 Producer - a person responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the order, covering all His stages and constant contact with the Employer. The manufacturer should have experience consisting in the production of min. 3 events in hybrid (stationary + online) form in the last 3 years. Each event was attended by: min. 100 people in stationary form and min. 200 people online.
b.1 Event director - a person responsible for the preparation and artistic performance
