- Execution of annual reviews in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 1 lit. a) the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (vol. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725 as amended) of buildings administered by municipal premises. Additional regulations regarding the periodic control of the building are included in the regulation of the Minister of AffairsInternal and administration of August 16, 1999 on the technical conditions of the use of residential buildings (Journal of Laws 1999 No. 74, item 836). Each Protok from the Review should include a calculationMethods for determining the degree of building consumption. The contractor is obliged to check the volume of the building. Warranty period for the deserts made: 12 months. 1.2. Performing pic -year reviews in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 2 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (vol.
