- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for the Egeria software, hereinafter referred to as the "Software", to the Ordering Party.
2. The Contractor undertakes to provide the following services:
1) Permanent services:
a) Repair of errors and removal of performance problems in the Software,
b)providing consultations (hot line) or as part of an inquiry in the Ordering Party's notification system,
c) introducing changes to the Egeria Software resulting from changes in generally applicable law, after the Ordering Party's acceptance;
2) Software modernization services:
a) customization Hardwaresoftware for new versions of Utility Software and Computer Hardware,
b) introducing changes to the Software,
c) other modernization or maintenance services, including data modification, carried out within the specified time-consuming period,
in accordance with the Application submitted by the Ordering Partyrequests for change or data modification requests.
