- The subject of the order is the supply of "Electricity" for the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Brzesko, at ul. Kościuszki 68. Electricity will be supplied to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points the principles specified in the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266) and the implementing acts issued on its basis with specific quality standards. Electricity quality standards are described in the Act Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919), in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment 6 of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Annex. No. 1 to SWZ - Detailed offer form and template contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
