Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply (sale) of electricity (24 hours a day) to facilities managed by the Warmian-Masurian Border Guard Branch. In order to secure the state border in the area of operation of the Warmian-Masurian Border Guard Unit by functioning all facilities managed by the Warmian-Masurian Border Guard Branch in Kętrzyn should be supplied with electricity 24 hours a day to consumption points located in the W-MOSG area of operation, i.e. in the barracks complex at ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 78 in Kętrzyn and in the Facilities in Banie Mazurskie, Węgorzewo, Braniewo, Gorowo Iławeckie, Gołdap, Dubeninki, Barciany, Sępopol and Grzechotki with the Facility in Lelkow and to observation towers in Gory, Obajniki, Parkoszewo, Żardyny and Kiekskamy and to electrical and telecommunications containers Polish border protection system.
The sale of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), in accordance with the applicable regulations to this Act, the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1061, as amended), the rules specified in the concession and according to the electricity prices presented in the Contractor's offer.
