Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the successive supply of electricity for the needs of the Port of Gdynia S.A. Maritime Board. Confirmed with renewable energy guarantees. 2) guarantees of origin with the order placed will refer to: a) 100% energy purchased for their own needs; b) 40% of the purchased energy for the purposes of resale. 3) The Contractor is obliged to provide electricity for his own needs, from which 100% comes from renewable energy sources (renewable energy) and provide electricity for the purposes of resale, from which 40% comes from renewable energy sources (renewable energy) According to the definition contained in the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1361, as amended). The origin of energy from renewable energy must be confirmed by important guarantees of origin issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, in accordance with applicable regulations laws. Warranty of origin should be transferred to the Employer within the time limit specified in the contract, no later than within 3 months of the end of each half of the contract. The amount of guarantees of origin for every six months must be referred to the actually purchased energy in a given half -year. 4) The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity in the total estimated (forecast) quantity: 17,519 MWh. 5) the implementation of electricity supplies will take place: a) for collection points specified in Annex 4 to SWZ, b) for own and resale, with Forecast ...
