Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the contracting authority. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
2. The order of the contract also includes the settlement of energy produced by installed under pickup point - 9.9 kW photovoltaic fire convector boiler room. The settlement will take place by concluding the energy settlement agreement by the contracting authority and the contractor on the net-white basis (settlement rules for the installation installed after April 1, 2022). Details regarding the installed PV installation were included in Annex 1A to SWZ - confirmation of connecting the micro -installations to the power grid. The contracting authority as part of the settlement does not allow a comprehensive sales contract.
3. The applicant has the status of renewable energy prosumer, referred to in art. 2 point 27a of the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy sources (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 261, as amended), which means that it is the final recipient producing electricity only from renewable energy sources for their own needs in micro -installation, provided that The manufacture referred to above does not constitute an object of a prevailing economic activity specified in accordance with the provisions issued pursuant to art. 40 para. 2 of the Act of June 29, 1995 on public statistics (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 443, as amended)
