- The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o.
in Toruń within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) in the period from 01.01.2026 (inclusive) to 31/12/2026 (inclusive)
OA volume of approximate size: 11 110.60 MWh (11 110 600.00 kWh). This order does not include electricity distribution services. Detailed information on the location of individual pickup points (consumption, e.g. buildings, objects), their description and assignment to individual groupstariff, as well as their current power and the expected electricity consumption during the contract of the contract were presented by Annex No. 1 and No. 2 to SWZ.
