- 1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Museum of King Jan III's Palace in Wilanow.
2) The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3) The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the draft terms of the contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ .
4) RespectThe new demand for electricity during the entire duration of the contract is: 1,529,746.07 KWh. Electricity demand is an estimate and may change. If the amount of electricity supplied is lower than that specified above, the Contractor is not entitled to any benefitsΔ no claims against the Ordering Party.
5) The Contractor is obliged to have/conclude a valid contract or promise of a contract with the OSD, based on which the procedure of changing the supplier (ZS) will be carried out for all the Ordering Party's facilities.
6) Electricity should meet the parameterstechnical ethers in accordance with the principles of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated volume: Journal of Laws of 2022, items 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370, 2678, of 2023, item 295) and implementing acts to this Act and Polish Standards.
