Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the Waste Management Plant Czysta Bkitna Kraina Sp. z o. o. in Czarnwek from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) along with the provisions implementing measures. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1. delivery of electricity to the Ordering Party within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2024.266, as amended), based on the generally adopted B21 tariff, in the estimated amount: 600 MWh for the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 (minimum benefit 200 MWh) - electricity consumption point: Czarnwko 34, 84-351 Nowa Wie Lborska, PPE: 590243883017080147, connected power 1500 kW, consumption point registration number 03-5159.2. services of the Contractor acting as an entity responsible for trade balancing (hereinafter POB), referred to in Art. 3 point 40 of the Act of 10 April 1997.
