- Part 1 of the order, supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to SWZ, street lighting: The estimated demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is 373,360.00 kWh. Carrying out the activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting the order. to the project contract, in particular, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor, submit declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding termination the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services, representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services distribution.
