Electricity supply: comprehensive service consisting in providing the service of transmitting or distributing electricity and selling electricity to the facilities of the Maa Wie Commune -2026 The subject of the order is: Comprehensive supply of electricity in 2026, including energy sales electricity and the provision of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Ordering Party listed in Annex No. 6 and 6a to the SWZ List of PPE, task 1 and task 2 (PV installations). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Specification of Conditions Order. Note: The Contractor will conclude contracts for the comprehensive supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services to individual customers, taking into account transmission parameters (such as tariff group, contracted capacity) in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, where The PURCHASER will be the Maa Wie Commune ul. Jana Kochanowskiego 1, 09-460 Maa Wie, NIP 7743211086, on a comprehensive agreement template used by the contractor, which will take into account all requirements specified in the provisions of the Energy Law and implementing acts, as well as has been agreed and accepted by the Distribution System Operator.
