Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the Czernichow Commune for the operation of buildings, premises and utility facilities as well as street lighting in an estimated amount of 557 MWh. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is included in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.1.2. Quantities given MWh according to the tariffs specified in Annex No. 1 (offer form) to the SWZ are estimated quantities. Determining the expected energy consumption is used to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given amounts. The Ordering Party reserves the right the right to change the quantity, without the need to change the terms of the contract or prepare an annex to the contract. Actual energy consumption (smaller or greater than the energy consumption forecast indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ) will depend solely on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, however, regardless of the amount of consumption The contractor is obliged in each case to apply the energy prices offered in the offer.
