- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (i.e. of January 24, 2024, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) together with the implementing regulations to this Act, points the Ordering Party's energy collection. This order does not cover electricity distribution services. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the location and description of electricity collection points along with the contracted power and estimated consumption, is included in paragraph 6. 2. The contractor who is not the owner of the distribution network for the Ordering Party's connection points must have concluded a valid contract with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which it may sell energy electricity via the distribution network of this DSO to all of the Ordering Party's facilities indicated therein. At the stage of submitting offers, Contractors who are not owners of the distribution network will submit an appropriate declaration in this regard. For connection points listed in section 7 roles of the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO) are performed by: PGE Dystrybucja S.A., Lublin Branch. 3. Predictions...
