- 1. The subject of this order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Medical University of Warsaw for a period of 12 months.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), containing an estimate demand for electricity over a period of 12 months, determined on the basis of energy consumption in previous years, according to the tariffs specified in this document.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in Art. order, i.e. entrusting the Contractor with the additional scope of electricity sales specified in item 22 of Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ (Hospital Building, ul. Koszykowa 82A, Warsaw), on the following conditions:
Szpitalny at ul. 000 kWh.
No. 1.1 to the SWZ, subject to §8 and §9 of the Agreement.
