• Electricity supply for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice 1. The subject of this order is the supply of electricity for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. 2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specification - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, 2)Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - description of equivalence was included in Chapter IV of the SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party does not provide for electronic auctions or supplementary orders. 6. Information on the joint application of Contractors for the award of the contract is included in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 7. Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changes to the provisions of the concluded contract (so-called contract changes based on Article 455(1)(1) of the Act) in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Change contracts may also take place in the cases referred to in Art. 455 section 1 points 2-4 and section 2 of the Public Procurement Law. 8.
