The subject of the order is the comprehensive sale of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with a total estimated volume of 527,095 kWh to 6 branches of the National Museum in Gdańsk. The buildings are located in Gdańsk: ul. Toruska 1, Dugi Targ 24, Cystersw 18, Cystersw 19, and outside Gdask: Bdomin 83-422 Nowy Barkoczyn and Waplewo Wielkie dz. 81/5, 83-410 Stary Targ. The list of 10 collection points is attached as Appendix 6 to the SWZ. The indicated electricity consumption is indicative and in no way constitutes a guarantee the Ordering Party's obligation to purchase energy in the specified amount. The Seller will not be entitled to any claim for the Ordering Party's failure to collect the expected amount of energy. Actual settlements will be based on fees resulting from the Tariff for electricity distribution services. Any change in the forecasted electricity consumption will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from the settlement for the amount of energy actually consumed, according to the unit prices specified in the offer.
