- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the Panoptikum Branch of the National Institute of Museums in the years 2026 and 2027. 2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the Option consisting in increasing the consumption of electricity. The conditions for exercising the option are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.
