Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the Siemianowka Hydrotechnical Facility, Siemianowka Hydroelectric Power Plant, with the purchase of electricity, commercial balancing service and REMIT reporting in 2026. Estimated volume of electricity for the own needs of the PGW WP RES installation is 1,069,000 MWh and commercial balancing services is 79,000 MWh under the basic order. If the estimated amount of volume in the basic order is used, the Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 444 section 1 PZP provides for the application of the option right to 30% of the contract value basic. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The list of RES installations covered by this procedure is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
