Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity (energy sales) for the Szydowo Commune and organizational units in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to 204 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 1,380,000 kWh.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is: list of electricity consumption points. Attachment No. 1 to the specification of contract terms, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. The indicated electricity consumption is the declared amount and estimates are only used to calculate the offer price, compare submitted offers and select the Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party informs that the points electricity consumption specified in the description of the subject of the order to the SWZ have an electricity sales complex agreement with ENEA S.A. concluded for a specified period until December 31, 20254. For PPE in C2x tariffs, there is a one-month settlement period. 5. For PPE in tariffs C1x has a two-month settlement period. 6. The current energy seller is ENEA S.A. 7. For PPE 590310600031434043 described in item 202 - St. common room ubianka ul. Podgrna 6 is equipped with a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 20.25 kW.8. Order...
