- The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, assembly and launch of energy warehouses operating for the needs of existing renewable energy installations for 8 public buildings and 162 private buildings belonging to the inhabitants of Ciechanow. It is allowed to increase the number of energy warehousesTo achieve the required capacity of warehouses, i.e. 1606.80 kWh.Energy sources, type of project: energy and heat warehouses.
Energy warehouses are to be equipped with a energy management system (device and software), whose task will be: monitoring and control of electricity consumption in the facility, managing this energy, management and profile optimizationEnergy consumption, maximization of auto -consumption, taking into account the optimization of the final electricity price.
Due to the application in these proceedings the provisions referred to in art. 139 paraexclusion, meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings on the form of a uniform European document (EAT), because the contracting authority provides for the possibility of requesting this statement only from the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest.
