Short description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to exchange three elevators (two-person and one-person - commodity) in the GUS building in Warsaw. Basic activities related to the implementation of the task will consist in: the execution of projects, agreeing them from UDT, obtaining a building permit, if necessary, dismantle and dispose of existing devices, adjusting the shafts and door openings to technical requirements, assembly of new elevators and accompanying devices , launching cranes after obtaining the UDT decision to be used, executing as-built documentation. The subject of the contract includes the following tasks: 1. Task and - execution of design documentation, including: 1) Designation of design documentation of two new passenger cranes and one commercial and personal crane in the building "C" of the main statistical office. 2) acceptance by the contracting authority of the proposed design and material solution.
