Task "Elimination of environmental threat in Brzeziny throughRemoval of waste located in the installation of a composting and sorting plant together with land reclamation "is planned for funding under the priority FELD.02 European funds for Zielony Εodzki, activities FELD.02.16 BOARD - ZIT ΕodΕΊ Metropolitan Area, Program, ProgramRegional European funds for ΕodΕΊ 2021-2027.
3. Pursuant to art. 95 para. 1 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, if the performanceThese activities consist in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 Β§1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), i.e. persons performing related to the implementation of the order.
