Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of one bus, brand new (year 2025), unused, accident-free, undamaged, technically efficient, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, coming from an authorized sales point. The vehicle must meet the following conditions and based on art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act was adapted to the needs of disabled people: 1) Number of seats, adapted to transport a minimum of 21 people, driver + pilot + 19 passengers, and standing seats (minimum number of standing seats 3); 2) possibility of transporting a person in a wheelchair, i.e. the possibility of attaching, anchoring 1 wheelchair;3) having a position equipped with safety belts for securing the wheelchair and a disabled person in the wheelchair while driving;4) being equipped with at least foldable ramps that can be quickly assembled, used to guide a person moving on the wheelchair into the vehicle wheelchair;5) must have a current approval certificate issued on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 2, 2023 on the type approval of vehicles (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1651), i.e. approval of the base car or...
