PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość asks for a price offer for the supply of products mentioned in the procedure. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: The unit price includes transport costs. Period validity of the offer at least 30 days from the end of the procedure. Delivery required to the Warehouse Group in Zamość Bortatycze (22-400 Zamość, Wysokie 3) only on business days between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Required payment date: 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. A minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery is required. Variant offers are not allowed. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving reasons. Detailed terms and conditions of the order are included in the order form. constituting Appendix 1 to the procedure. Contractors joining this procedure undertake to familiarize themselves with the information on non-breaking and non-circumvention of the Sanctions Provisions (Appendix No. 2 to the procedure). When submitting an offer, please include: a completed and signed attachment to the submitted offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
