Emergency overhaul of 1 set of Kutruffa 4x15t wagon jacks, manufactured by ZNTK Ostróda. The scope of work includes: - reprofiling of load-bearing screws, - making new nuts and replacing them together with the acceptance certificate, - gear repair (sealing, replacement of worn-out bearings, new oil), - disassembly of electrical equipment, replacement of limit switches with new ones, - as-built documentation necessary to obtain positive TDT acceptance, execution protocols, compliance certificates. The lifts are located at PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. Plant Opole. Requirements: in accordance with the attached specifications. The offer should include the following items: 1.
