Description:
The Ordering Party informs that after the entry into force, i.e. after May 25, 2018, of the provisions on the protection of personal data, it will process personal data obtained during the procedure, in particular: personal data disclosed in offers, documents and statements attached to the offer and personal data disclosed in documents and statements submitted to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The processing of personal data by the Ordering Party is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Ordering Party and to fulfill legal obligation of the administrator (Information on the processing of personal data, Annex No. 14 to SWZ). When entering the procedure, the contractor is obliged to inform in writing and obtain the consent of each person whose personal data will be provided in the offer, statements and documents submitted in proceedings. In this regard, the Contractor will submit an appropriate written declaration (as in the offer form template, Annex No. 2 (I-II) to the SWZ).
