- The order concerns the performance of:
New Center of Warsaw (NCW),
b) emptying bins in area I B - part of the ΕrodmieΕcie district, excluding NIT,
c) emptying containers for selective collection waste or to collect only mixed waste in area I A,
d) moving baskets and containers,
For parts III-V:
a) emptying bins,
b) moving baskets,
For parts II and VI:
b) emptying containers for selective waste collection,
c) moving baskets i containers,
The order is divided into 6 parts.
To carry out work consisting in emptying bins and containers for selective waste collection, the Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ employees based on an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
Part I - ΕrodmieΕcie District
The order concerns the performance of:
a) emptying bins in area I A - part of the ΕrodmieΕcie district including the so-called New Center of Warsaw (NCW),
b) emptying bins in area I B - part of the ΕrodmieΕcie district, excluding NCW,
c)emptying containers for selective waste collection or for the collection of only mixed waste in area I A,
d) moving baskets and containers,
