Description:
1. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) systematic emptying of septic tanks of leachate water, 2) discharge of leachate water at the catchment point of the sewage treatment plant, 3) frequency of the service as needed and at the request of the Ordering Party. 2. Estimated maximum annual amount of leachate water to be transferred to purification is 13,000 m3.3. If the subject of the order is implemented to an extent less than the expected maximum amount of leachate, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims.4. The Contractor will perform the subject of the order with the utmost care required from an entity professionally providing this type of services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as with the SWZ and the offer, which will constitute an integral part contracts.
