- 1. The subject of the order includes: a) emptying the Ordering Party's bins in the amount of 409 pcs. from Monday to Saturday (313 days in total) and during emergency activities on Saturday, Sunday and holidays (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, table No. 2), b) emptying the Ordering Party's bins in the amount of 177 pcs. frequencies twice a week, i.e. every Monday and Friday (104 days in total) and during intervention activities on Saturday, Sunday and holidays (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, table No. 3), c) moving street bins (no more than 30 times during the contract period), d) adding street bins (no more than 5 pcs. per during the duration of the contract), e) removal of street bins (no more than 5 items during the duration of the contract), f) removal of waste around street bins, within a radius of 3 m from the street bin, g) undertaking intervention activities reported by the Ordering Party and the City Guard, referred to in section 2 letter b of the Particular description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 7 to SWZ), h) transport in at least two vehicles with a total weight not exceeding 3.5 tons and transfer of collected municipal waste for management in accordance with applicable regulations recipe...
