Material scope of the subject of the order - Energy modernization of the buildings of the Volunteer Fire Departments in Ostrów and Wylatkowo, commune. Powidz includes: 1) Works in the building of the Ostrowo Volunteer Fire Department, Dziaka No. 103/4 and 472 in Ostrowo, address: Ostrowo 19A, 62-430 Powidz:a) Insulation works on external and foundation walls - insulation with graphite polystyrene = 0.033 (W/m*K) thick 10 cm - area 122 m2, b) Insulation works related to the insulation of roofs, flat roofs - mineral wool slabs, total insulation thickness 25 cm of wool = 0.038 (W/m*K) including replacement of the roof covering - 120 m2 c) Replacement of window joinery: installation of triple-glazed windows U=0.9 (W/m2*K) - (1 pc. with an area of 0.96 m2, 3 pcs. with an area of 1.32 m2) d) Replacement of door joinery and garage gates: replacement with doors with a coefficient U=1.3 (W/m2*K)- (2 gates: 5.86 m2 - 1 pc. and 12.07 m2 - 1 pc.); e) Modernization/replacement/installation of the main heat source/exchanger in the building: removal of existing electric radiators, installation of a 6 kW heat pump and central heating system with three-plate radiators 5 pcs. and thermostats. f) Modernization of the lighting installation: installation of LED lighting (removal and installation of 14 luminaires) g) installation...
