- 1 The subject of the order includes the performance of the task titled: Energy modernization of the village community center in Bezmiechowa Grna. 2 Description of the investment: 1) Modernization of the existing heating installation (gas boiler and tiled stove), consisting in dismantling the solid fuel furnace and constructing a heating and cooling system (air conditioning) with high efficiency, based on an air/air heat pump, which includes the installation of 3 indoor and 1 outdoor units with a total power of 21 kW: a) liquidation of the existing tiled stove, b) liquidation of the existing gas heater, c) delivery and installation of the pump heating (three indoor units + one outdoor unit), Multi Split air conditioning with a power of 3 x 7.0 kW along with the power and control freon installation, as well as the condensate drainage installation with commissioning (production date of the devices no earlier than 2025)2) Ventilation of the main rooms common room through duct fans with recuperation: a) delivery and installation of 3 pieces of wall recuperators 90 m3/h (production date not earlier than 2025)3) Installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10 kW and an electricity storage facility with a capacity 1...
