1. The subject of the order for part 1 is the performance of thermal modernization and renovation works of a collective residence building at Nowy Jaworow 13, located in the Jaworzyna lska commune.2. SCOPE OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: - demolition works of roof covering, roof framing elements, flashings sheet metal, gutters, downpipes - removal of debris and payment of all related fees, including environmental fees - replacement of roof beams and roofing - roof insulation by making an attic casing made of fire-resistant GKF plasterboards on a metal structure mounted directly for a wooden roof structure, with a mineral bond filling - insulation of the flat roof above the attic - installation of roof hatches - installation of chimney sweeps and counter protection - installation of new sheet metal flashings - installation of new gutters and downpipes - 100% compaction of the facade plaster - insulating external walls by applying thermal insulation plaster - painting the facade with silicate paints - insulating the internal wall with composite thermal insulation boards - replacing external windows and doors - supplementary works - execution ...
