Description:
1. Part No. 1. Modernization of the heat source.1.1. Scope of work: Modernization of the heating system - individual heat sources will be replaced with ground heat pumps for all residential premises. The task includes installation of a heat pump and construction of a lower heat source heat, installation of central heating in residential premises, installation of hot water and installation of a photovoltaic installation.1.2. The Contractor's costs also include: 1) preparation of a safety and health plan, in accordance with requirements of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law; 2) preparation of as-built geodetic documentation, 3) ensuring own geodetic services during the implementation of the subject of the contract; 4) execution and agreement with the competent authority of the project project geological.5) preparation of as-built documentation for a photovoltaic installation for acceptance of fire protection systems.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Part No. 1 is specified in the design documentation and bill of quantities - constituting attachments to SWZ.2.1. The contractor is at fault familiarize yourself with the entire project and STWiORB, so that during implementation there are no discrepancies regarding the implementation of the promises...
