The Ordering Party will make every effort to ensure that no trade name of the company, goods or product is included in the description of the subject of the order. If in the order documents, the trade name of the company, goods or product is indicated, it is for informational purposes only or is intended to clarify the subject of the order and should be understood as examples, and considered together with the word or equivalent, provided that the parameters are guaranteed technical specifications not worse (the same as those described in the SWZ or better) than those assumed in the above-mentioned documents. All delivered elements constituting the subject of the contract must be new, unused, and contain appropriate, current and required certificates, quality certificates/attestations/declarations of conformity. or markings informing about approval for sale and meets all requirements of standards specified in applicable law, if such are required. 4.
