- 4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of an average rescue and fire-fighting car with a 4x4 drive system, for the OSP Księżpol unit as part of the implementation of a public task entitled: "Ensuring the readiness of a combat fire protection unit included in the National Rescue and Firefighting System".
4.2. Zakres The material subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) Delivery of a factory new medium rescue and firefighting car
with 4x4 drive system - hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle",
2) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish),
3) delivery together with the order required for service instructions
in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle,
4) training of persons indicated by the Employer in the field of service vehicle and equipment being the subject of the contract. The costs of all materials necessary to conduct the training are borne by Performer
4.1. The order is the purchase of a medium rescue and fire-fighting car with a 4x4 drive system for the TSO Księżpol unit as part of the implementation of a public task entitled: "Ensuring combat readiness of a fire protection unit included in the national rescue and firefighting system".
4.2. Zakres The material subject of the contract includes in particular:
