1. The subject of the contract is to ensure comprehensive consulting (legal, economic and financialand technical) for the public to conduct proceedings for the selection of a private partner (hereinafter: ESCO or contractor). The order will be carried out in relation to the project entitled "Thermomodernization of public buildings of the Polish Water Farm Polish Water, whichThe promoter is the Polish Water Farm. After the conclusion of the contract (planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ) it will be an attachment to the contract.
2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of grantingOrders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the contractor to conduct a local vision.
4. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
5. The Employer does not require providing security for the proper performance of the contract.
6. The contracting authority reserves that maybeFirst, examine and evaluate the offers, and then make the contractor's subjective qualification.
