1. The subject of the order is to ensure a comprehensive organization of the cycle of 14 workshops entitled SPINCAMP in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship as part of the "Spin - Lesser Poland knowledge transfer centers" in the period up to 15 months from the conclusion of the contract, including:
a) providing rooms for the organization of spin camps;
b) Preparation and conducting of Spin Camp workshops, including: assurance of speakers,Organization of space, recruitment of participants;
c) Promotional and information activities of spin camps;
d) providing catering.
2. The contract implementation conditions are included in the planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the contract on the contractpublic - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the model contract). Annex 1 to the template of the contract contains a detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. The Objective specifies that the Contractor will be obliged to transfer property rights to the contracting authority to the contracting authorityperformed works, in accordance with the contract.
4. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract
