1. The subject of the order is to ensure the protection of persons and property in 2026 in both premises of the Museum. Father Emil Drobny in Rybnik: the Old Town Hall (at ul. Rynek 18), as well as in the Juliusz Edukatorium (at ul. Klasztorna 11).1.1. The subject of the order includes the following services: 1) 24/7 a week ensuring physical protection of people and property by one security employee at the headquarters of the Museum. Father Emil Drobny in Rybnik: Old Town Hall, from 0:00 on 01/01/2026 until 24:00 on December 31, 2026, 2) monitoring signals sent, collected and processed in electronic alarm and fire protection devices and systems, 3) emergency protection in the form of a motorized intervention group in alarm, emergency and control situations, 4) additional protection during one one-day event organized by the ordering party - Night of Museums in the protected area the facility or outside it, at the request of the ordering party, by two security employees from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The duration of each event will not exceed 8 hours.
