- Part 1, delivery of servers, arrays, switches and power supplies along with implementation 1) The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment as part of the project entitled Ensuring the required level of cybersecurity and information protection at the Commune Office in Biesiekierz.2) Task is co-financed as part of the Cybersecure Local Government project implemented from the European Funds for Digital Development 2021 2027 (FERC), Priority II: Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2. Strengthening the national cybersecurity system.3) Subject the order must meet the quantitative and qualitative parameters specified by the Ordering Party.4) The subject of the order must be accompanied by all accessories necessary for proper use and operating instructions.5) The functions and parameters cannot be worse than those specified in a detailed description of the subject of the order.6) All devices must be accompanied by all accessories, wires and cables necessary for their proper use.7) The subject of the order must be brand new.8) The offer must include all costs related to the implementation the subject of the order.9) The Contractor undertakes to remove defects and faults free of charge for the duration of the warranty...
