- Ensuring shelter and a sulk for pupils in a shelter for homeless moczes in the period from 01.07.2025. until 30.06.2026, in accordance with the rules and criteria specified in: 1) the Act of March 12, 2004. on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1283, as amended), 2) Resolution No. LVI/495/22 of the City Council inGogowie of August 31, 2022. on the detailed rules for the removal for staying in shelters for the homeless and in shelters for the homeless OSB with care services. The contractor will undertake to provide homeless people, directed by the Ordering Employer to the shelter.in accordance with the ordinance of the Minister of the Family, Labor and Social Policy of 27.04.2018. on the minimum standards of the night shelter, shelters for the homeless OSB, shelters for the homeless OSB with care services and heating (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 896).In point A, a referral issued by an employee of the CUS in Gogow, specifying the data of the mentee and the date and place of implementation, shelter checks.
