Description:
I. 1. The subject of the order is the provision of advisory and environmental supervision services in the planning and implementation of conservation and adaptation works in summer bat sites.
2. Substantive advice on the selection of a minimum of 55 to a maximum of 65 year-old bat sites of the following species: horseshoe bat the little bat, the great bat and the ciliated bat in Małopolska, where it is necessary to carry out cleaning work (e.g. cleaning the guano, replacing or spreading the foil) and carrying out adaptation and repair works. The works are scheduled to be carried out in the facilities between December 2025 and March 2026 year.
3. Details of the scope of the subject of this order (including a detailed description of the method of implementing the task) are specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).
The offer in the proceedings is submitted, under pain of invalidity, in electronic form, i.e. marked qualified electronic signature.
1. Documents submitted by the contractor with the offer:
1) completed Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ);
2) completed list of additional experience of experts (Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ) - if the Contractor wants to receive additional points in the Bid Evaluation Criterion;
3) power of attorney or another document confirming the authorization to represent the contractor - if the offer or the declarations or documents attached to it are signed by the representative.
