Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a platform for research on the composition of the atmosphere and the state of inland waters (DRON).
The platform includes: a brand new, airborne topographic and bathymetric LiDAR laser scanning system with an integrated RGB (red, green, blue) camera. and with integrated navigationthe inertial AP 50 with a compatible unmanned aerial vehicle. The LiDAR system must also be adapted to be mounted under a Cessna 172-, 182- and 206-series manned aircraft. The device must be supplied with the necessary and complete computer software and trainingm product.
2. The Ordering Party intends to finance the subject of the order from the funds of the "Silesian Inter-Faculty Laboratory of Aviation Technologies" project.
3. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds which the contracting authorityintended to be used to finance all or part of the contract, were not awarded to him, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in:
1) contract notice - in proceedings conducted under open tender, restricted tender, negotiated procedureprocedure with publication, competitive dialogue, innovation partnership or
2) invitation to negotiations - in proceedings conducted in the form of negotiations without publication or single-source procurement.
