Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation, as well as a technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works [hereinafter referred to as: STWiORB] and an investor's cost estimate for all industries [hereinafter referred to as: Documentation] for the investment consisting in the renovation of the road surface internal, including underground infrastructure (sanitary and electrical installations), with necessary demolition and construction of a vehicle charging station at ul. Pogodna 22 in Biaymstok. The contractor will be obliged to obtain all necessary arrangements and opinions required by law, and if the contractor uses The Ordering Party, with the right of option, will be responsible for the author's supervision over the preparation of the Documentation. 2. The implementation period is up to 9 months from the date of signing the contract. The completion date is the criterion for evaluating offers.3. The exact scope and conditions of the order execution are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes annex to SWZ.
