Description:
The subject of the contract is a factory new module for super dissertation based on a method of forced emission quench, which is part of the research system based on ultra -foss, super -dissection and high -pass confocal scanning microscopy.
The device enables imaging in super -disposal (i.e. resolution better than the limit resulting from light diffraction) biological and infected biological samples, is equipped with a confocal scanner, high -eye detectors, a multi -element detector consisting of many point detectors, module to time and distribution measurements. The device must ensure imaging better than the light diffraction limit at least using:
- methods of deconolution of obtained images available in the software offered;
- optical technique of fluorescence to extract on The edges of the excited area (STED) (STED) allowing to improve the resolution at least in the XY plane.
As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to fulfill all obligations arising from the description of the subject of the contract, and in particular down:
- delivery, discharge and bringing the device together with equipment to the installation site at the headquarters of the Ordering Party,
- its installation and launch,
