- The subject of the order is to equip the Advanced High-Resolution Microscopy Techniques Station, created within the Laboratory of High-Resolution Imaging in Translational Research, with software enabling the analysis of data received using equipment purchased in the project, at least during the duration of the project "Infrastructure of biological and biomedical imaging - Bio-Imaging Poland" - KPOD.01.18-IW.03-0017/23. The order was divided into the following parts: 1.Delivery software for interactive analysis of data obtained by bioimaging methods (part no. 1 of the order) 2. Delivery of software for the analysis and reconstruction of data obtained by bioimaging methods with an image deconvolution algorithm (part no. 2 orders) 3.
